Hinduism in the Seventh Covenant

What is the connection between Hinduism and the Seventh Covenant?

One of the great prophecies about Imam Mahdi pbuh is that he is meant to appear during the End Times and bring to the world a sense of unity and understanding between the various religions.

He shows a common ground, defies the distortions, and clarifies the misunderstandings that appear inevitably in all religions.
In doing so, he shows a path toward guidance and, ultimately, true enlightenment.

As beautiful and uplifting as this sounds, it bears the question: How will this savior of mankind be able to gather the people of faiths that are so monumentally different from each other?

Faiths such as Hinduism, which one could argue are very different in their roots and foundations from any of the Abrahamic religions.

Perhaps the answer is simpler than it appears.

In order to clarify how Hinduism has a place in the grand scheme of religion, which indeed it has, it is necessary to go back a bit and look at the origins of this great faith.

So what is the beginning of the story of the people who adhere to the faith of Hinduism?
According to Hindi scripture, Manu was the legendary ‘First Man’, who, according to legend, saved life from extinction by building a big boat and gathering the people and other creatures onto it, in fear of a great flood that was meant to cover the entire expanse of earth.
It is interesting that Manu is considered by Hindu folklore to be ‘The First Man’.
His story parallels the Biblical story of Prophet Noah pbuh.
However, Noah is not known in orthodox religion to be the first man. Adam pbuh is.
So why would Manu…or Noah…be considered the ‘first man’ in Hindi folklore?
Again, the answer to this question lies in the origins of Hinduism itself.
The religion of Hinduism at its onset can be linked to a specific area of land. This is the sub-continental region and its surrounding areas. Today, this area is known to be a collection of countries – India, Pakistan, and some of the land surrounding this region.
How did these lands come to be populated?

FINDING THE ORIGIN STORY

We find the answer to this question in the Bible.

“This is the account of Shem, Ham and Japheth, Noah’s sons, who themselves had sons after the flood…

The sons of Cush: Seba, Havilah, Sabtah, Raamah and Sabteka. The sons of Raamah: Sheba and Dedan.”

Holy Bible: Genesis 10:1, 7

The names we see here are known to be deities in the religion of Hinduism.

These characters, according to the Bible, were in fact descendants of Prophet Noah pbuh, or, as the Hindu folklore would say, Manu.

“These are the clans of Noah’s sons, according to their lines of descent, within their nations. From these the nations spread out over the earth after the flood.”

– Holy Bible: Genesis 10:32

So Prophet Noah pbuh can be considered the ancestor of the people of this region.

His sons spread out across the globe, establishing new tribes of people.

The question that comes to mind is, what then of the religion of the descendants of Prophet Noah pbuh?

It is widely known and understood that from Noah’s lineage came the great prophets, such Abraham, who himself came for a chosen nation with a covenant from God.

He was meant to guide his people with the new covenant, and to establish for them a religion, based on which the later Abrahamic faiths would emerge.

But what then of the other descendants of Prophet Noah pbuh who were not with Abraham? These descendants who had traveled to other parts of the world. What was meant for them, from God?

THE EASTERN FAITHS UNDER THE NOAHIC COVENANT

Imam Ahmad Al-Hassan fhip has revealed that these nations, such as the nation of Hinduism, were in fact under the Noahic covenant all this time, and that the law of Abraham’s covenant was not meant for these nations. They were meant instead to follow the Messengers and Prophets that came to them, and to live a good life according to the law assigned to them by their Imam. Ramah and the descendants of Ramah, who again were from the lineage of Noah pbuh, were in fact great prophets and messengers, who guided their people in the subcontinent region. And these teachings led to what is known as Hinduism today.

In this day and age, there is no religion that is without some form of change or corruption. As time goes by, all the religions have been modified to some extent, and Hinduism is not exempt from having been subject to some modification as well. However, it is vital to accept and realize that this religion was in fact a religion that came from messengers of God, such as Ramah, and later other great messengers that have been verified by Imam Ahmad Al-Hassan fhip as true men of God, such as Krishna pbuh.

DOES HINDUISM HAVE A PLACE IN THE SEVENTH COVENANT?

Today, we are in a new age, an age where the Seventh Covenant between God and Man has been established by the grace of our master and Imam Ahmad Al-Hassan fhip.

This Covenant is a Soul Covenant that has been established not between God and a chosen nation, as was in the case of Abraham’s pbuh Covenant and the covenants after him, but this Covenant is between God and the believing souls, regardless of race, nationality, or lineage.

This means that people today who practice the Hindu faith will find that great concepts such as reincarnation and karma are considered to be absolute truths that are core beliefs of The Ahmadi Religion of Peace and Light.

Not only that, but deities who are considered great figures in the Hindu faith are in fact Prophets and Messengers sent from God to preach to mankind the truth and the way to peace and light.

So Krishna, Buddha and Ramah, as well as others, are considered Prophets and Messengers, and Imam Ahmad Al-Hassan fhip has revealed that these great men have in fact returned again in this day and age, and reincarnated for the purpose of assisting the Saviour of mankind today, and to establish a world with him that will be filled with justice and mercy, just as was prophesied.
